Generate Daily Invoices creates one QuickBooks estimate per customer & PO for that day's unbilled tickets,
using FieldFlow's shared QBO connection. The customer's PO goes on the estimate as PONumber.
In demo mode, fake estimate IDs are returned so you can see the full workflow.

Per-truck scaled tonnage for one FieldFlow job. For bid ($/ton) jobs, reconcile this against the tonnage drivers enter in FieldFlow — FieldFlow does the billing; this is the pit's scale record. Leave the dates blank for the job's whole life.

One click emails a hauling company its own scale tickets for the day — the delivery-slip
pack (PDF), no pricing on it. Mail goes out from the DRS dispatch mailbox, so replies
come back to dispatch. Addresses are managed in Admin → Haulers. Sending the
same company twice in a day asks first.
